Holiday rental management for apartments and homes across Fuengirola.
We manage listings, dynamic pricing, bookings, guests, cleaning, inspections and maintenance coordination—while you keep control of your property and calendar.
Managing a holiday rental from another country can quickly become a second job. A late arrival cannot find the entrance. A cleaner reports damage before the next check-in. An air-conditioning unit stops working. Each issue still needs a prompt, local response.
SunnyCoast HomeStays becomes your local point of coordination. We keep bookings, guests and property care moving without making you manage several people from a distance. You receive owner reporting and remain in control of when the home is available.
One fixed nightly rate cannot reflect every week of the year. We adjust pricing using the property’s features, season, demand, booking lead time and length of stay. Check-in instructions are also tailored to the real property, whether guests arrive by train, taxi or car.

Fuengirola is compact, but a good rental strategy should not treat every address as identical. We build the listing, guest information and operating plan around the home’s real location and characteristics.
For a central apartment, guests may value walkability, transport and easy access to the seafront. The listing should clearly explain the building entrance, lift or stair access, parking and the actual route from the station or arrival point.
Los Boliches combines its own neighbourhood identity with a beachfront setting and rail connection. For apartments here, clear family-relevant information, beach access details and building rules can be as important as the photographs.
In Torreblanca, gradients, stairs, parking and walking distance should be described precisely rather than reduced to “near the beach.” Honest access information attracts guests who are a better match for the property.
For beachfront and near-beach apartments in Carvajal, guests need practical information about locating the building, collecting keys, parking and using communal areas. We organise those details before the first arrival. Owners comparing neighbouring locations can also view our Benalmádena property management service.
A summer family booking and a longer winter stay may value different features. For families, the useful facts can include sleeping arrangements, access, beach distance and any child-friendly amenities the home actually provides. For winter stays, guests may care more about heating, workspace, Wi-Fi, sun exposure, laundry facilities and longer-stay availability.
We position the property around verified features, not generic promises, then support that positioning with flexible pricing and stay rules. Rates and minimum stays can respond as booking patterns change instead of following one summer-style strategy all year.
Many Fuengirola holiday homes are in shared buildings. Entrance systems, keys, lifts, parking, rubbish disposal, pools, quiet hours and community rules should be confirmed during setup and explained clearly. That protects the building relationship and reduces misunderstandings.
Tell us the Fuengirola address, number of bedrooms, property type and whether it is already rented. We review the home, its area and current demand. Any forecast is an estimate, not a guaranteed return.
We inspect the home, discuss your personal-use dates and identify what is needed before launch or handover.
We prepare photography, listing optimisation, pricing and operating information. Regulatory eligibility is checked for the individual property where required.
Once ready, we manage bookings, guests, cleaning, inspections and maintenance coordination while keeping you informed.
Before accepting bookings, owners should confirm that the individual property can legally be used as tourist accommodation. The answer can depend on national, Andalusian, municipal and community rules as well as the property’s history.
SunnyCoast provides licensing support and can coordinate with qualified professionals, but this page is general information and not legal advice. Read our Andalucía tourist licence guide or see our legal and tax coordination service.
Changing how your Fuengirola home is managed starts with the details already in place: confirmed stays, personal-use dates, access arrangements and responsibility for the next arrival. We review these with you before recommending a handover plan.
For a Los Boliches apartment, this might mean documenting the entrance and lift access. In Torreblanca, accurate directions and parking details may be especially useful. In any shared building, the key record and current community instructions belong in the same handover file.
Our management onboarding checklist and maintenance checklist explain what to prepare. Discuss your Fuengirola property with us.
Yes. We assess suitable holiday-rental properties in these areas and recommend a management and pricing plan for the individual home.
Yes, subject to the property being suitable and permitted for the intended rental use. Access, shared facilities and applicable community rules should be documented for guests.
We use dynamic pricing based on factors such as season, current demand, booking lead time, length of stay and the property’s verified features rather than leaving one fixed nightly rate.
Licensing support is included in SunnyCoast’s management packages. Eligibility and required steps depend on the current rules and the individual property, so specialist questions should be confirmed with the appropriate professional.
Tell us where the property is, how many bedrooms it has and whether it already receives guests. We will provide a free income assessment and explain the recommended management approach—without a guaranteed-income promise.
