Owner protection & transparency

Clear terms. Full owner control.

You keep control of your property and calendar. We document the service scope, fees, approvals and reporting in writing before management begins.

  • 30-day exit: You can leave with 30 days' written notice, in line with the signed management agreement.
  • Owner calendar control: Use your home as often as you choose and block personal dates through the agreed calendar process, subject to existing confirmed bookings.
  • Written fees: Your management percentage, applicable IVA and plan inclusions are confirmed in writing before launch.
  • Maintenance approvals: We request approval for non-emergency work above EUR 200. Emergency action may be required to prevent injury or further damage, as defined in the agreement.
  • Monthly reporting: Owner-portal access and a monthly statement show booking income, fees and agreed deductions.
  • Damage protection: Silver, Gold and Platinum include protection up to €1,000, €3,000 and €5,000 respectively, subject to the written terms, eligibility, exclusions and evidence requirements.

Your signed management agreement and property-specific proposal govern the service if any term differs. Ask us for the agreement and an illustrative sample property-inspection report before signing.

Our standard arrangement allows you to give 30 days’ written notice. Your signed management agreement governs the notice, existing bookings and handover arrangements; we explain these before you sign.

You can reserve dates for your own stays before they are booked by guests. Existing confirmed bookings must be honoured; we agree availability and any preparation time around your visits.

Yes. We carry out regular inspections to ensure your property stays in excellent condition.
