Hands-on management for apartments, penthouses, townhouses and villas in Cabopino and Artola. SunnyCoast HomeStays coordinates pricing, bookings, guests, cleaning and maintenance while keeping you informed and in control of the property calendar.
Silver, Gold and Platinum options · Guest communication and 24/7 emergency support · Owner use subject to confirmed bookings
Cabopino combines residential developments with a marina, beach and the protected Artola dunes in Marbella East. That setting can attract guests looking for a coastal stay, but a professional listing must explain the home’s exact position, access and facilities rather than relying on the area name alone.
For apartments closer to the marina or coast, arrival information should cover the correct entrance, keys, parking, stairs or lifts and any shared-facility rules. The advertised walk to the beach or marina must match the actual route from the property.
Cabopino and Artola developments can use gates, access devices, security procedures and designated parking. We document those details during onboarding and turn them into clear pre-arrival instructions.
A penthouse may need extra attention to terraces and outdoor furniture. A townhouse or villa may add alarms, gates, gardens, pools and more equipment. The turnover and maintenance process is built for the actual property.
Sand, salt air, terraces and ventilation can affect preparation and normal wear. Accurate photographs and descriptions, property-specific house information and coordinated checks help set the right expectations and surface issues early.
Our holiday rental management service can combine property preparation, professional photography, listing optimisation, dynamic pricing, calendar and reservation management, guest communication, check-in coordination, cleaning and linen coordination, agreed property checks, maintenance reporting, contractor coordination and owner reporting.
Routine guest communication is managed through the stay, with 24/7 support for genuine guest emergencies. Cleaning, laundry, repairs, materials and contractors remain underlying owner costs unless the written package or agreement states otherwise.
Distance makes small issues harder: a cleaner reports damage, an access device stops working, or an appliance fails before the next arrival. SunnyCoast connects the report, owner decision and follow-up. We coordinate appropriate suppliers within the authority agreed with the owner; specialist work remains the responsibility of the relevant trade.
A marina-side apartment, hillside villa and family townhouse should not use the same listing promise or pricing pattern. We consider property type, facilities, condition, access, availability, booking window, minimum-stay settings and current demand. Pricing is adjusted dynamically, but income and occupancy cannot be guaranteed.
SunnyCoast currently offers Silver at 18%, Gold at 20% and Platinum at 25%. The proposal confirms what is included, what is excluded, the calculation basis, applicable IVA and property-specific third-party expenses. Use our management cost guide when comparing offers.
Owners can reserve available dates for personal use, subject to guest bookings already confirmed. The current agreement requires 30 days’ written notice to leave; the signed contract controls the precise terms and the handling of existing reservations.
Before advertising, confirm that the exact property is eligible under current regional, municipal and community requirements. We can coordinate agreed operational processes and support guest-information procedures, but responsibility depends on the ownership and contractual setup. Tax and IVA treatment can vary. SunnyCoast is not a law firm or tax adviser; verify current obligations with a qualified Spanish lawyer or gestor and consult our Andalusia tourist-licence guide.
For local context we checked the Andalusian Public Ports Agency page for Cabopino Marina and the Junta de Andalucía information on the Artola/Cabopino dunes. These sources do not determine an individual home’s legal position.
An existing nearby rental does not prove another home is eligible. Regional rules, Marbella planning, owners’ community decisions and the individual property documents may all matter. SunnyCoast coordinates practical steps where agreed; legal and tax decisions should be confirmed by qualified advisers.
